Plans for expanded courses are already underway, with future topics including technical training, leadership development, and company culture initiatives.
- Employee Photo Contest: This year, we also launched an employee photo contest, a creative initiative designed to celebrate the talents of our team. Each month, employees submit photos based on a specific theme via Microsoft Forms. After a panel selects the top five entries, employees vote to choose the monthly winner. Winning photos are featured on our social media and company newsletter, with winners receiving a $25 Amazon gift card. This contest fosters creativity, engagement, and a shared appreciation for the diverse perspectives within our team.
