TJ brings experience across all phases of transportation engineering, from planning and geometric design through final design and construction. His background includes roadway and corridor design, traffic operations, stormwater management, and ADA compliance. He has supported large-scale DOT projects as well as rural roadway improvements that enhance safety and connectivity for underserved communities. His experience spans projects throughout the Intermountain West and into the Northeastern United States, providing a broad understanding of varying design standards, terrain, and regulatory environments. TJ focuses on delivering practical, cost-effective solutions that balance design efficiency, constructability, and long-term performance.
