Performed the topographic survey and right-of-way determination for arterial corridor extension approximately 0.6 miles in length.
Completed topographical survey of proposed corridor, located all controlling monuments, and survey control report.
Researched records, surveys, and subdivisions to establish a property matrix of existing boundaries.
Prepared the legal descriptions and conveyance documents for acquisition of right-of-way and construction easements affecting 5 parcels for the project.
