  • Spring Heights and Clover Street are subject to repeated flooding from the Clover Mountains

  • Performed a right of way determination, including PLSS section line ties, interpretation of multiple plats as well as Nevada Department of Transportation right of way maps

  • Topographic survey at a 25’ interval/grid to provide accurate data

  • 3D dimensional surface was created for civil design as final delivery
