Sunrise Engineering is seeking a full-time Resident Project Representative to join our Construction Observation group and work in the Spring Rocks, Wyoming area. Make a Lasting Impact

The resident project representative will be responsible to represent Sunrise Engineering onsite during large scale civil construction projects. Your daily tasks will include:

• Monitor the contractors work for the purpose of guarding the owner against defects and deficiencies in the work and help determine if the provisions of the contract are being fulfilled.

• Keep detailed notes of all activities taking place on the project.

• Review engineering drawings and issue clarifications and interpretations of the drawings and specifications.

• Review shop drawings and submittals from the contractor for conformance with the design concept of the project.

• Track project schedule and budget and report regularly to the owner.

• Appraise and approve contractors requests for payment and any proposed change orders

We are looking for candidates that are:

Certified and Experienced. For this role, we are looking for someone who knows their stuff. A strong background in civil construction and public works infrastructure projects will make you a very strong candidate. A four-year degree in construction management is a plus but candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered.
