Requirements

• Part-time or full-time position available.
• Three plus years experience as a building inspector.
• Must have at least one of the following ICC Certifications: Residential and/or Commercial - Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, and/or Electrical certification. All of these certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building inspections to determine if buildings are being constructed according to building code.
• Professionally work with clients and contractors to resolve issues and protect the interests of all parties.
