  • Coordinated with UDOT traffic and SLC parking enforcement offices due to urban location.

  • Communicated regular noise notifications, parking alternatives, and traffic management to the public.

  • Organized two public open houses and two custom meetings for HOA leadership.

  • Managed overflow parking displacement for property owners of two high-rise condominiums.

  • Executed Public Involvement (PI) through flyer distribution, email marketing, dedicated phone hotline and email, custom website, and weekly email reports on public sentiment to SLC program management.

  • Construction period lasted 15 months.
