Ogden City Culinary Water Master Plan

Project Highlights

  • Original master plan created in 2011, updated in 2017

  • Developed original water model for the City

  • Original plan resulted in multiple new and replacement water transmission projects (6" - 24"), fire flow improvements, pressure zone alignment changes, treatment plan expansion, and a 13.5 MGD micro-filtration facility

  • 2017 update included significant improvements to the overall water system, including new storage, upgraded distribution pipes, new water treatment plant, and new transmission lines.

  • Resulted in detection and repair of major leaks, updated CIP, and added emergency response plan
