Paid Time Off
PTO accrues as follows:
LENGTH OF EMPLOYMENT ACCRUAL RATE Hire Date Employees will receive 4 weeks of PTO with 40 hours of that in the bank ready to use when you start. 1 Year Anniversary Employee will receive 4 weeks of PTO+ 1 day 2 Year Anniversary Employee will receive 4 weeks of PTO+ 2 days 3 Year Anniversary Employee will receive 4 weeks of PTO+ 3 days 4 Year Anniversary Employee will receive 4 weeks of PTO+ 4 days 5+ Year Anniversary Employee will receive 5 weeks of PTO -
Paid Holidays
We offer nine paid holidays each year. Employees can choose which of these nine holidays that they want to observe from the following list:

Comp Time
Non-exempt and exempt-hourly employees are offered overtime for hours worked over 40 hours in a week. Employees may elect to bank their overtime hours as comp time, or receive their overtime pay with their paycheck. Comp time can be paid out on any future payroll or used as time off at the employee’s discretion.

Tuition Reimbursment
Sunrise offers a tuition reimbursement program for full-time employees, that wish to further their education. It reimburses up to $2,000 per year, for tuition and books for courses taken to further their career with Sunrise.

Incentive Bonus Program
We offer an Incentive Bonus Program for all employees. Employees are able to earn bonus awards based on the performance of their assigned business units.

Referral Bonus Program
Any employee who aids the company in finding a qualified Sunrise employee is greatly appreciated and may be eligible for a referral bonus.

401k AND ROTH 401k PLANS
Employees over 21 years of age are eligible to defer compensation into a 401K plan. Beginning the first day of the month following the employee’s hire date, the company will match employee contributions. Employees are 100% vested in Sunrise matching contributions from day one.

Health Insurance
Sunrise offers two health insurance plans. We offer both a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and a traditional plan. Coverage begins the first day of the month following the employee’s hire date.

Health Savings Account
Employees enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) can opt to contribute pre-tax dollars to a Health Savings Account (HSA). Sunrise offers a matching contribution program to help employees accrue tax-free dollars that can be carried over from year to year.

Dental Insurance
An employee’s coverage is 100% paid by the company. Dependent coverage is available for subsidized costs. Coverage begins the first day of the month following the employee’s hire date.

Vision Insurance
Provides an annual well check eye exam, prescription lenses and frames. Contact lenses are also an option, with the plan offering an allowance to the cost of the contact lenses and the contact eye exam.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care Account (DCA)
Sunrise has a cafeteria plan available which allows employees to pay for qualifying day care, dental, vision, prescription and medical expenses. FSA qualified expenses are limited to dental and vision if you participate in the HSA according to IRS rules.

Short-Term Disability
Sunrise sponsors a short-term disability program. An employee must have been employed for one year and be disabled for seven calendar days to be eligible for the program.

Long-Term Disability
Sunrise offers a long-term disability program as supplemental insurance on income for employees.

Group Term Life Insurance
Sunrise provides at no cost to the employee, a group term life insurance policy. This policy provides coverage for the employee, a spouse and for dependents. Employees are eligible to purchase additional amounts of life insurance is they choose.

Cancer, Accident, and Critical Care
Sunrise offers supplemental benefits to employees that want additional insurance coverage. Employees are offered a cancer plan, an accident plan and a critical care plan. These benefits can help offset the out-of-pocket medical and indirect non-medical expenses related to cancer, accidents and critical care.
